For the purchase of vouchers by means of distance selling, the following General Terms and Conditions apply between Kurverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH Waldbronn (hereinafter referred to as "Kurverwaltung") and the purchaser in the version dated 1 March 2019.

1 Contractual partner

2. general information

The main features of the goods and services are listed in the description of the respective item and can be called up during the ordering process. The vouchers are valid for goods and services as described in each case. Cash payment of the vouchers is not possible.

3. validity

The vouchers purchased from the spa administration are valid for three years, whereby the period for this begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued (§§ 195, 199 BGB). In the event of price increases for a service provided by Kurverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH Waldbronn, the difference between the price payable for the respective service at the time of purchase and the price payable for the service when the voucher is redeemed must be paid separately. This does not apply in the first year after the purchase of the voucher. The one-year period begins on the day the voucher is issued.

4 Order and conclusion of contract

Every order constitutes an offer to the spa administration to conclude a contract. An order confirmation, which confirms receipt of the order and lists its details, does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is intended to inform you that your order has been received by the spa administration. A contract is only concluded when the spa administration accepts your order by delivering the goods, by notifying you of delivery or by issuing a separate confirmation.

5 Prices

All prices are quoted in euros and include the statutory value added tax. The prices quoted are subject to price changes. An additional shipping fee will be charged per order (Section 7 of the GTC).

7. dispatch

The customer shall bear the shipping and handling costs. These amount to € 3.50 per order.

8 Warranty

Warranty claims are governed by the statutory provisions.

9. dispute resolution

The spa administration is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Nevertheless, we are obliged to provide you with the contact details of the competent body:

10. data protection

In order to be able to process your order, we save it together with the order data entered and send you a confirmation by e-mail. You will then receive an order confirmation with all the order details. 11 Place of jurisdiction and choice of law

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contracts between the spa administration and merchants, legal entities under public law or a special fund under public law is the registered office of the spa administration.
The legal relationship between the spa administration and the customer arising from or in connection with this contract shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless the customer is acting as a consumer. The contract language is German.

12. severability clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions or of the contract concluded between the parties be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remainder of the contract shall not be affected.
